ภารกิจนายเทวดา (English: Make a Wish) is one of those shows where the first look can be deceiving.

The newest series from Viu TV stars BL industry darling Fluke Natouch (Until We Meet Again, 609 Bedtime Story) as Krit, a restless angel looking for something more out of his afterlife. Judo Tantach (The Miracle of Teddy Bear) is Phakphum, a doctor plagued by the ability to see spirits – and he’d give anything to lose this unwanted power.

Enter Krit to make all his dreams come true. However, there’s a catch.

Nike Nitidon (180 Degrees Longitude Passes Between Us) also stars as Krit’s boss, the Angel Shan, who may or may not be one of the series’ villains.

It’s a silly series, and the pilot takes a bit to get moving, but once it does, it does it with flare, and it looks like something that will be a lot of fun going forward.

I am a massive fan of supernatural dramas, and this one will be fun. The series will run for six episodes. Streaming Wednesdays.
