Two Worlds
Domundi has partnered with Kongthup Production to produce a Lakorn style series called ‘Two Worlds’. The series is expected to be released in the second half of the year and will star Max Kornthas, Nat Natasitt and Gun Thapanawat.
Synopsis:
Khram (Nat) is happy in love with Phupha (Gun) his longtime boyfriend. One day he comes home to find Phuphas dead body hanging from the ceiling, signs point to him being murdered. Khram is devastated and doesn’t know how to live without Phupha so he takes matters into his own hands and tries to bring Phupha back to life. These events lead him to another universe. In this universe Phupha is alive but in this world Khram was in love with somebody else.

This is a special surprise for the fans of Chinese Danmei. MGTV will be releasing their series adaptation of the popular novel of the same name by Zhou Haohui. No details have been given regarding an international release as of yet but we’ll be sure to keep you updated.
Synopsis:
A genius hypnotist and a detective team up to solve a case of instantaneous hypnosis that’s plaguing the city. The suspect is another very powerful hypnotist who can give passerby’s commands without their knowledge. He can influence people to give up all the money they’re carrying, go to the bank and withdraw all their savings and even take their own lives.

The Hidden Character
THC is an upcoming reality series produced by Be On Cloud. Is it a survival show that will feature 11 participants, all of them BOC artists. The aim of the show is to have the participants showcase their talents in acting, singing, dancing and more. The winners will feature in an upcoming BOC original TV series in 2024 written by renowned Thai author Sammon. The theme of the series is a 90’s Teen Slasher Horror with lots of unexpected twists and turns. THC will be available to all IQIYI members and fans will be able to vote for their favorites. The show has English subtitles and is available for interfans.
The Day I Loved You
Regal Entertainment Inc. the producers of popular Pinoy BL series ‘BenXJim’ are back with a new series. The show is described as a heartwarming high school romance and will premiere on April 26th 2023. TDIL stars Tommy Alejandrino, Raynold Tan and Rabin Angeles, it will be available internally for free on their YouTube Channel.
Synopsis:
Eli is in trouble at school, as punishment he is asked to take part in the preparations for the upcoming school prom under the care of Nikko. The two have nothing in common and are at each other’s throats constantly. But things take a turn when they share a dance and Nikko feels his heart skip a beat. Their budding romance is further complicated by Justin, Eli’s best friend, who seems to have more than platonic feelings for Elli.

MNET’s Boys Planet has finally revealed their top 9 contestants and will be debuting their 9-member boy group ‘ZEROBASEONE’ or ZB1 for short. Amongst the 9 members is Kim Ji Woong, a 24 year old South Korean singer/actor and a former member of the group INX. Kim Ji Woong gained popularity in the past year after playing the lead role in two BL Series namely ‘Kissable Lips’ and ‘Roommates of Poongduck 304’ alongside Yoo Seo Bin. Later it was announced that he would be joining the survival show because it was his dream to debut. After receiving a lot of backlash and homophobic remarks from fans on numerous occasions, he managed to make it into the top 9 and fulfill his dream. We can’t wait to see what he has in store next.
Diversity Love Hotel
W-30 revealed the cast for their upcoming original drama ‘Love Hotel: Himitsu’ and it looks like the series will feature a gay couple. Hayashi Kento (Ossans Love) and Itagaki Rihito will play a couple in this mature comedy drama directed by Akiko Oku. The series is set to premiere on July 14th 2023.
Synopsis:
The Love Hotel has a reputation for being highly secretive, a place where anyone can satisfy their kinks. One gay couple, a lawyer and a paralegal, will learn that the hotel facilities lack consideration for the LGBTQ+ community.
Midnight Love
Wayufilm production, the company behind ‘My Bromance’ and ‘My Bromance 2’ will be releasing a short movie called ‘Midnight Love’. The film will feature rookie actors Klong Chindanai and Night Yodsakorn (Our First Time). It is expected to premiere on April 22nd 2023 on Wayufilm official YouTube Channel.
Synopsis:
The story follows ‘Content’, the son of the owner of a production house who falls in love with a security guard employed at the company. The two come from different worlds but they learn a lot from each other and build an unforgettable friendship.
