This is romantic imagery at its best. I thoroughly enjoyed this series and did not see it as bad as some comments about this series have stated. While I am hardly one to dispute another person’s opinion of a series, this one, I think, was misunderstood. It is a gay soap-opera, not meant to be deep or intense. I loved it because it is not pretentious in any way. What you see is literally what you get. A stardust between two guys who found each other at exactly the right time in their lives. Will it work out? Will it last? Who knows, but it sure was a fun romp. The story itself is congenial, entertaining, and enjoyable. Nothing more and does not pretend to be anything but that.

“See Your Love” Series Review (Ep.3 to 13)
Sometimes the greatest love stories are the unspoken ones—the kind that quietly sneak up on us, built from a glance, a touch, and a feeling rather than words.
“Love is Like a Poison” Series Review (Ep.4 to 12)
Boys’ Love may have fallen under the business model of Yaoi, with its softcore porn over plot in many recent Thai series. But happily Japan skipped that memo, continuing to put out thought-provoking series that take the established BL genre to new places. Using pre-existing notions of what to expect from a series where two men kiss, and applying the societal views on the character’s specific circumstances.

“Our Youth” Series Review (Ep.3 to 10)
It’s easy to get lost in our own lives—to become so consumed by what’s happening to us that we feel like we’re drowning. And the people beyond the waves? They become distant, even frightening, especially when one of them shines like a beacon of light, someone we’re afraid to approach for fear of extinguishing their brilliance.
“Haunted Hearts” Series Review (Ep.1 to 7)
Hidden gem. That is what this series is. While it is not perfect, it certainly is one of the more entertaining BLs of this year. To be sure, most Filipino BLs are a bit more adventuresome in their amorous scenes, which made this series surprisingly tame. Yet it does have a smorgasbord of everything in it. Horror, comedy, romance, pathos, redemption, and a heaping amount of love. And for me, it will be something I shall watch around Halloween every year. It is one of those series that makes you feel good about a holiday and in this case that is most definitely Halloween. It shall be my Halloween BL classic to watch every year!
