For the BL purist out there, this is undoubtedly not a series that will be high on your list of want-to-sees. And you will be making a big mistake if you let its foibles outweigh its content and message. And it does have a lot of flaws requiring patience, understanding, and a genuine love for BL to get through. But the payoff is so worth the effort.

“Stay by My Side” Series Review (Ep.3 to 10)
“Stay by My Side” is a very adorable show and the actors’ chemistry really shines through, making this fluffy series worthwhile. The show is a bubblegum show, doesn’t really give you much, but it is fun and sweet, as such it’s important to review it for what it is. “Stay by My Side” focuses on Bu Xia (Hong Wei Zhe) and Jiang Chi (Yang I Hsuan); since there aren’t any secondary couples, it allows the show to focus on these two leads and their relationship. Although the show has supernatural elements, which are used to cement Bu Xia and Jiang Chi’s relationship (because the ghosts that torment Bu Xia are only silenced when Jiang Chi is close to him), the supernatural world isn’t really tackled with but only used as a vehicle to establish the two’s relationship and then to bring the two closer.

“Stay Still” Series Review (Ep.1 to 5)
It is with immense excitement that I delve into the world of “Stay Still,” Hong Kong’s latest entry into the Boys Love (BL) series genre. In a realm where such offerings are seldom found, “Stay Still” emerges as a unique addition, aiming to capture hearts with its intricate narratives and emotive portrayals.
“Love Class 2” Series Review (Ep.3 to 10)
Three stories.
Three romances.
One satisfying ending
“Love in Translation” First Impressions (Ep.1 & 2)
Love in Translation is a romantic love story between two main characters whose life choices and goals are totally different. It can be said that it is a love story with a pinch of inspiring moments; I added pinch because only two episodes have been released yet and from what I gathered; it seems that the story will have a connection on a deeper level on different aspects than just being a simple love story. Our first main character Yang (Daou Pittaya) wants to run a successful buisness and is in search of a thai buisness partner to broaden his business while on the other hand our second main character Phamjai (Offroad Kantapon) is the hardcore fan of a chinese influencer Tammy (Jam Charuttha) and wants to pursue her. One thing leads to another and we know that in life things never occur in a simple way. So, sparks starts flying between our main leads as they get to know each other and start spending time together.

“Jun & Jun” Series Review (Ep.3 to 8)
From the nostalgic scent of those we love to the friendships and romances that touch us, the Korean BL Jun & Jun offers an office romance that brings the past and present together.
“Wedding Plan” Series Review (Ep.3 to 7)
“Wedding Plan” ended its series run with unexpected results for all the characters. The series was helmed by Mame, who wrote it based on one of her romance novels of the same name. The mysterious circumstances surrounding Lom (Sunny Wannarat) and Yiwa (Aya Orapan)’s wedding remain the centerpiece for the drama.
“Laws of Attraction” Series Review (Ep.3 to 8)
In a world built on power and status, the people without either suffer the most injustice. Voices are silenced. Greed becomes a bitter friend.

“I Feel You Linger in the Air” First Impressions (Ep.1 & 2)
Transmigration isn’t a new genre, but I Feel You Linger in the Air puts a refreshing spin on it with stellar acting and excellent cinematography.

“Dangerous Romance” First Impressions (Ep.1 & 2)
GMMTV’s latest high school romance “Dangerous Romance” uses the age old trope of “Poor vs Rich”, where we have the rich “Kanghan” Krittin Sukprasoet (Perth Tanapon, Love by Chance S1 & S2) and Sailom Homchan (Chimon Wachirawit, Ghost Ships) playing the main lead couple. This series has a distinct “My Gear your Gown” kind of vibes with better writing but better performances. With that being said, I am honestly enjoying this show. Unlike “My Gear your Gown”, which was lacking in chemistry, “Dangerous Romance” delivers. I like the slight differences in the two series. Like hundreds of previous teenage dramas, we have another school setting for this show as well. But I am kind of okay with it as we get to watch the characters grow and mature. I feel this series would not be as good if it didn’t have a school setting like this.
