Were I to judge The Eclipse only for the first 10 episodes, or in a situation where they had paced the last two episodes better, my rating would have been higher than a 3.
Boys Love series have become quite popular worldwide, especially in Thailand. And while the storylines differ, the topics are usually the same. However, a few BL series don’t follow the norm. This is the case of the well-known series Manner of Death, for example, which has received a lot of praise for its excellent plot full of suspense. This is also the case of Self, an unusual story whose mystery revolves around a mirror, and in the process introduces a new concept in BL.
Big Dragon is not a show for everyone, perhaps not for me either, but I’ll try my best to bring out all aspects of it in this review, and leave it for you to decide for yourself.
Ever since “Love By Chance” ended, Thai BL has been slowly depicting the male leads more and more realistically.

Main character and on campus Mr.Popularity Fahlan (Tonkhao Chayuth) seems to be the name on everyone’s tongue. People gossip, worship, speculate, and lust after him throughout the series. Created by the Thai company Safe Studio under the direction of Chik Sakon and K Chainarong, this off the wall ensemble drama focuses on the concept of “Is Friends with Benefits possible for two lovers?”
