I’m still not sure if “Girl Rules” truly lives up to the reputation built by its male predecessor, “Only Friends.”

“Runaway” Series Review (Ep.1 to 8)
“Runaway” is a Thai GL drama that mixes horror, mystery, and romance in an interesting way that feels authentic to watch and is exciting as well as adventurous. The story follows Winrawi (Miusic Praewa), a woman who becomes haunted by a dangerous spirit and is told she only has 168 hours left to live. As time passes, she must face her past and find a way to survive. I feel that this concept is really new and interesting as far as the GL genre is concerned. The scriptwriter and director really did well in exploring this genre, especially in a sapphic romance where, most of the time, the women are portrayed as soft and gentle.
“Broken (of) Love” Series Review (Ep.3 to 8)
Very rarely is everything exactly as it seems. Growing up, my mother used to say there are always three sides to every story: yours, theirs, and the truth somewhere in between.
Nowhere does that feel more apparent than in the Thai GL Broken (of) Love.
