“Sasaki to Miyano” First Impressions (Ep.1 & 2)
Based on the manga of the same name and written by Shō Harusono, this cute anime has just started airing and it is everything a normal BL is not. Only two episodes have aired as of now but I can say that the story is full of fluff. It’s just fluff all the way. If you ever want to recover from watching something emotionally heavy, this is it for you.

“Color Rush Season Two” Series Review (Ep.1 to 8)

“Bad Buddy” Series Review (Ep.5 to 12)
One of the most interesting things about watching Bad Buddy the Series or BBS has been seeing how its fandom grew from ‘oh this series looks interesting’ to ‘they did what?!’, finally culminating in ‘omg greatest series ever’ over the course of its twelve episodes. Favorite BL Scenes
Whether you’re reading a book, watching a drama, or enjoying a film, there are always moments that leave an impression, moments that stick with a person long after the book, drama, or film has ended.
“Mr. Cinderella” Series Review (Ep.1 to 8)
This series utterly confounded me. I did not understand it – initially. The story was choppy, incoherent at times, and made little sense to my western-oriented mind. Frankly, I did not understand the fairy-tale related title and what it had to do with the series. Humbly, I want to explain my bewilderment of this series from two vastly different perspectives.
“Bad Buddy” Episodic Analysis (Ep.11)
- Bad Buddy is a Romeo and Juliet-esque BL, about Pat and Pran, next-door neighbours, whose parents have decades long enmity.
“Behind Cut” Series Review (Ep.3 to 8)
The South Korean BL Behind Cut starring Eom Se Ung and 2Z’s Bum Jun has ended, closing on a heartfelt note full of possibilities.
“Beef, Cupcake & Him” Movie Review
This short movie is simply astonishing. It starts out as another gourmet themed BL series which seems to be the latest trend in Boys’ Love as opposed to college settings. The story line is not necessarily unique but because of great character development, excellent acting, and an immersed story, this movie has become an early favorite of mine in 2022.
