After winning hearts with their recently concluded miniseries “Love Bully”, Englot are creating a buzz with their upcoming crime thriller “Petrichor The Series”. As such, our joy was tripled when we heard that starring alongside Charlotte Austin & Engfa Waraha, Na Napat & Max Nattapol will be playing the supporting couple. Max seems to be leaning towards playing supporting roles in GL projects these days. In “Mom Pet Sawan”, he has been paired opposite Kaownah Kittipat. The Paradise Of Thorns

GDH releases official poster for their upcoming “The Paradise Of Thorns”, (working title-“The Marriage Movie). Directed by Boss Naruebet, the movie stars Jeff Satur & Engfa Waraha in lead roles. Set to premiere on 22nd August in theaters.

Synopsis-

Thongkham and Sek, a devoted gay couple, have worked tirelessly to build a life together, including owning a house and a durian orchard in Mae Hong Son. Tragedy strikes when Sek dies suddenly in an accident, revealing that they were never legally married in Thailand, leaving Thongkham with no rights to their assets. The house and orchard now belong to Sek’s mother, who moves in with her adopted daughter Mo and gardener Jingna. Thongkham must now fight to reclaim the fruits of his love and labor.

GG Precint

The sequel to 2023 hit “Marry My Husband”, “GG Precinct” is set to premiere on 22nd August on Netflix. Directed by renowned creators Cheng Wei-hao (Marry My Dead Body) and Yin Chen-hao (Man in Love), the series offers six episodes blending irreverent humor with suspenseful murder mystery.

Synopsis-

After helping his ghost husband Mao Mao find closure for his unexpected death in “Marry My Dead Body”, the crude and cocky detective Wu Ming-han (Hsu Kuang-han), and his trusty sidekick Chubby (Flower Chen) return to the precinct. There, his boss Chang Yung-kang (Ma Nien-hsien) has been promoted to precinct chief.

Given The Movie: To the Sea

Popular rock band anime “Given” will be coming to an end in the final movie “Given the Movie: To the Sea”. Sequel to Given Movie: Hiiragi Mix, the film will be released on September 20 in Japanese theaters. Based off of a manga series written and illustrated by Natsuki Kizu, the sequel focuses on Mafuyu as he seeks closure over his grief following Yuki’s death while Uenoyama pushes himself emotionally.

Synopsis-

Ritsuka Uenoyama, Mafuyu Satou, Haruki Nakayama, and Akihiko Kaji, the members of the band Given, have made it to the final screening of the Countdown-fes Amateur Contest, a contest which judges performers on their live act. Mafuyu worries about the fact that they only have one original song to sing, and decides to try and learn more about music in order to create songs that will resonate with the audience. Ugetsu Murata, Akihiko’s on-and-off boyfriend, offers to help, but complications between Akihiko and Ugetsu start to cause issues for the band.

Promotions are in full swing for Dee Hup House’s upcoming collaboration with WeTV Thailand “I Saw You In My Dream”. Starring Putter Phubase & Ryu Ingkarat, the adaptation is set to premiere on July 24th.

A collaboration between GOL Studios and Star Hunter Entertainment, Gagaoolala releases new trailer for “First Note Of Love”. Starring Charles Tu and Michael Chang, alongside Jame Kasama & Liu Min Ting as secondary couple. Premieres in August.

Monster Next Door

WeTV Original “Monster Next Door”, starring Big Thanakorn and Park Anantadej, releases official teaser. Based on the novel ‘Godzilla Next Door’ by Jiwinil, it focuses on two neighbors with completely different personalities, an introvert and an extrovert. Premieres August 8.
