Business As Usual

W Story release fresh stills for their upcoming office romance “Business As Usual”. Adapted from the web novel “Eul’s Love” (을의 연애) by Moscareto (모스카레토), the show stars Seong Seung Ha & Chae Jong Hyeok in lead roles.

Synopsis-

Kim Min Jun, a 30-year-old office worker, is stuck in the repetitive cycle of his 9-to-5 job and can’t shake the feeling that something is missing from his life. As he grows older, he feels increasing pressure to accomplish more, but everything feels stagnant.

Things take an unexpected turn when his ex-boyfriend Jin Hwan, whom he hasn’t seen in 10 years, suddenly reappears at his office as a new colleague. Jin Hwan is still as attractive and confident as ever, while Min Jun feels like he hasn’t progressed since their breakup.

Determined not to let the past affect his professional life, Min Jun tries to stay focused on work. However, Jin Hwan seems to have other intentions.

Official posters and individual character stills released for IQIYI’s sapphic romance “Shuang Tu”. Starring Vicky Liang & Yang Fu Yu in lead roles. Premieres on 27th December, 2024.

Synopsis-

New GMMTV Entrant, Barcode Tinnasit!

Barcode Tinnasit who shot to fame after starring in the 2022 hit “Kinn Porsche The Series” has joined the GMMTV camp. He was managed by Be On Cloud until April 2024 followed by a short period with Aplan International from May to September 2024. In October 2024, he launched his own label, Taintis Studio and is now a part of GMMTV. He recently starred in “Dead Friend Forever” (2023) and will be acting next in “Wuju Bakery” as well as “Happy Ending”.

Under The Skin Season Three

IQIYI’s popular bromance drama “Under the Skin Season Two” recently finished its run for VIP members. With the sequel reaching its conclusion, it was announced that the show has been renewed for Season Three. Set to premiere in 2026. Main leads Tan Jianci & Jin Shijia will be returning to reprise their roles alongside Zhang Bojia, Zhu Jiaqi, Lu Yanqi, Qin Hailu, Fang Zhibin.

When It Rains, It Pours

MBS releases official trailer for their upcoming adaptation “When It Rains, It Pours”. Adapted from Ichiho Michi’s novel of the same name, the show stars GNJB’s Jun Muto and Asahi Ito (A Man Who Defies The World Of BL) as main leads. Set to premiere on January 9.

Synopsis-

Kazuaki is troubled about not being able to have sex with his girlfriend who lives with him.

Sei is working in the same company with Kazuaki and has an unrequited love for Kazuaki, his childhood friend who is living with him.

One day, an e-mail sent by Kazuaki was accidentally delivered to Sei, and a strange relationship continues where they confess their troubles to each other through e-mail, without knowing each other’s true identities. The ultimate love story about two people tossed around by unrequited love and sex.

Call Me By No Name

MBS releases second teaser for their upcoming GL adaptation “Call Me By No Name”. Adapted from the mystery novel by Yuki Shasendo, the show stars Mio Kudo & Maka Ozaki. Set to premiere on January 9th.

Synopsis-

University student Megumi Yotsugi (played by Kudo) wants to become friends with Kotoha Furuhashi (played by Osaki), a beautiful woman who was abandoned in a garbage dump, but Kotoha proposes a strange bet: “If you can guess her real name, you will become ‘friends’, but until you can guess her name, you will remain ‘lovers’.” Unable to back out, Ai accepts the bet and the two awkwardly deepen their relationship as lovers, but the past hidden in Kotoha’s name bares its fangs.

Impression of Youth

Fresh teasers released for the Taiwanese BL “Impression of Youth”. Starring Muji Hsu, Wish Chu, Will Wen & Andrew Chien, the show is an original script which depicts the relationship between a student and a teacher.

Sangmin Dinneaw Series

Official trailer released for the upcoming romance “Sangmin Dinneaw Series”. Starring Korean actor Choi Sangmin alongside Thai actor Petch Ratana as main leads, the show is set to premiere on Dec 29th on IQIYI.

Synopsis-

When he was a kid, Sang Min spent time as an exchange student in Thailand where he stayed with Orn, the mother of Dinneaw who was very young at the time. More than ten years have passed with Sang Min back in Korea. The whole time, he didn’t stay in contact with the family, until one day, Sang Min has reason to return to Thailand and stays with Orn once more. There, he reencounters Dinneaw who’s grown up to be quite handsome.

Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation’s Stage- Play Adaptation

Shunya Kaneko (Perfect Propose) will be starring in the stage-play (Japanese) adaptation of Mo Xiang Tong Xiu’s danmei novel ‘Mo Dao Zu Shi’ (Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation). MDZS was previously adapted into the Chinese TV drama “The Untamed.” Shunya will be portraying the main protagonist, Wei Wuxian. Tomoki Hirose (Seven Days), Wada Takuma (Fundanshi Bartender), Komatsu Junya (KR Demons), Takemoto Yusuke (Kiss x Kiss x Kiss), Tsuchiya Naotake, and others will be joining the cast.

World Wide Work release a fresh 30 mins pilot for their upcoming romance “Friend To Fan The Series”. Adapted from Puffy_Nuchy’s novel of the same name, Fino Prangkorn and Potae Chawanakorn will be starring as the main leads. Durian Culture unveils the cast for their upcoming ABO drama “Desire The Series”. Adapted from Nong Jian’s novel, the show stars Eliot Huang as Yong Hua, Kipuka Qiu as Sawyer Sheng, Seeky Li as Tu Gao & Ocean Jiang as Wenlang Shen. The cast and crew recently held the worship ceremony and shooting has commenced. Premieres in 2025.
