This was an incredibly long week filled with excitement and nerves! Getting to do my first interview was a huge deal, and Ark Saroj was an interesting man to get to know a bit better. Thank you to Kristen (find her HERE) for joining me live and to The BL Xpress for the great opportunity.
The past week was quite hectic, with news updates dropping left and right. Couple it with our excitement over live streaming our first interview with Director Ark Saroj of “My Golden Blood”, we were certainly frailed nerves. We still haven’t stopped buzzing and for those who missed the livestream, you can check the interview on our YouTube Channel. Mr. Saroj’s honest answers and perceptions are really commendable. So, like, share & subscribe. We got more goodies in store in the forthcoming future!
Gawin Caskey is one of those phenomenal actors who can breeze through any kind of performance. Angsty, emotional distress or unhinged romance, you name it, and he has done it. Apart from this, Gawin has an exemplary ability to form formidable bonds with each of his co-stars. His chemistry with his onscreen partners is always a subject of awe and has inspired debates across global platforms. Today, we will surmise this debate while discussing the dynamics with his different co-stars.

This is yet again another winning BL from Vietnam. It is so definitive in its outcome and perhaps you can see it ending in the same way I did. Satisfying. The whole story unfolds right before you in a magnificent panoramic sweep. Funny. Sad. Poignant. Ordinary. But always entertaining. Always. And so relatable. Almost everything in this story, one can relate to or perhaps have even experienced in some form or another. They can take the ordinariness of living and make it seem extraordinary. Making the issues we face on a daily basis and seeing the traumas we have experienced come to life helps us get the picture of how that impacted our own persona. Perhaps we may not seem important, but our issues certainly are, and we get to see that through them. They visualize our experiences to make them real, impactful, and powerful. At the very least truncate the sum total to see how it does affect us. That has always been the beauty of Vietname BLs. It makes the ordinary seem prominent. And they validate our feelings, failings, and foibles along the way. In a sense, we find we are pretty much the same as everyone else.
Let’s be honest—Perfect 10 Liners isn’t reinventing the wheel. At its core, it’s another university-set BL with pretty faces, peer mentoring hijinks, and the usual GMMTV formula. But here’s the thing: Perfect 10 Liners makes up for its predictable structure with something far more valuable—charisma. Thanks to a talented ensemble cast, this 24-episode ride manages to be entertaining, even when the story itself feels stretched thin.

With a killer on the loose, buried secrets coming to light, and determined women breaking barriers in male-dominated fields, “Petrichor” delivers an intriguing and suspenseful experience.
Adapted from the webtoon Who Can Define Popularity? by Tak Bon, the Korean BL Something is Not Right stars Choi Min Ho as Do Ba U, Jung Je Hyeon as Ji Hun, and Ji Min Seo as Jung Ha Min and kicks off with a slow-burn setup built on unspoken feelings, crossed wires, and a temporary fake dating arrangement that’s only going to make things messier.

BLs were slim pickings due to the Thai New Year, but there were plenty of fun happenings on social media with the actors and ships. Be sure to check out all the shenanigans.
I also just received exciting news. The BL Xpress has a hot interview coming up. Stay tuned for more information.
With Domunti TV and GMMTV couples making a splash on Songkran festival, last week was lit. We still haven’t recovered from the sweet nothings that were plastered to our timelines and the momentum still keeps going. Despite that sugar rush, the BL/GL was still consistently churning out new updates, and we are here with the scoop!
