At 25:00 in Akasaka Season 2

Official trailer released for the upcoming sequel of “At 25:00 in Akasaka Season 2”. Adapted from the manga series “25 Ji, Akasaka de” (25時、赤坂で) by Natsuno Hiroko (夏野寛子), Kiita Komagine & Taisuke Niihara will be returning to reprise their roles, as Hayama & Shirasaki. Premieres in October.

Synopsis-

Shirasaki Yuki and Hayama Asami have finally confessed their secret feelings and are now officially a couple. Hayama, who is a popular actor and doing well in his career, and Shirasaki, who has stepped up as a promising young actor, find a little space in their busy schedules to spend sweet and precious time together at Hayama’s house.

Preparations for filming the special drama “Daytime Dream” have begun as planned, but an incident occurs that will cause turmoil in the relationship between the two lovers!? What kind of future awaits the two actors, rivals, and lovers?

The Summer Hikaru Died

Casting for the stage play adaptation of popular Japanese BL “The Summer Hikaru Died” has been announced. Adapted from the manga from Mokumokuren, the stage play will star Junsei Motojima (Our Youth) as Yoshiki & Hikaru Imamaki as Hikaru. The anime version is currently streaming on Netflix Japan.

Synopsis

Yoshiki Tsujinaka and Hikaru Indo are two teenage boys and childhood friends living in a small town in rural Japan. Despite having opposite personalities and different hobbies, the two maintain a close friendship. However, on a winter day, Hikaru is fatally injured while hiking in the mountains alone. Before he dies, a mysterious eldritch being comes across him and consumes him, becoming him physically in the process. This “Hikaru” has all the feelings and memories of the original, yet remains a separate being, something Yoshiki realizes rather quickly. Yoshiki still wants to stay with “Hikaru”; however, his alien nature, along with other eldritch beings and hunters of said beings, may make that impossible.

Build in Love Series

The cast for the upcoming sapphic romance “Built in Love Series” has been revealed. Adapted from the novel “Built in Love” (BUILT IN LOVE #ก่อร่างสร้างเลิฟ) by Salmon (แซลม่อน), the show will star Pim Pimjira & Pineare Pannin Charnmanoon as main leads alongside Jennifer Roberts & Naruemon Khampan.

Synopsis-

As fans eagerly awaited the release of the new Frigay show “That Summer” starring the upcoming BL pairing, Winny Thanawin & Satang Kittiphop; the head honchos at GMMTV decided to drop a bombshell. Celebrated BL couple, Great Sapol & Inn Sarin Ronnakiat have mutually decided ti conclude their work as a pair. Just weeks after their last show “Memoir of Rati” ended on a high note, this announcement comes as a huge shock to loyal fans who have been cheering on the couple since their “Wandee Goodday” days. We don’t know what the future awaits, but here’s hoping that the actors will have better prospects moving forward!

Futari Escape

Official trailer released for the upcoming sapphic adaptation “Futari Escape”. Iwamoto Renka & Tomisato Nao will be starring as the main leads. Adapted from the manga of the same name by Taniguchi Shouichi, the series is an escapist comedy about an unemployed “senior” whose only redeeming quality is her cuteness, and her “junior,” a manga artist always pressed for deadlines.

Synopsis–

Two young women—one an overworked manga artist, the other a jobless slacker—try to escape the realities of adulthood. Blossom Lady

Thai GL author 3dokjix has announced the live action adaptation of her novel “Blossom Lady”.

Synopsis-

Viranya once swore to her older sister that she’d never fall for a woman her sister’s age, but fate had other plans. One day, she found herself irresistibly drawn to the gentleness of Patcharin—her 35-year-old secretary. This shouldn’t have happened, after all, Viranya had always preferred younger women. To make matters even more complicated, this secretary was a single mother. It didn’t feel like her at all, as if everything about Patcharin lured her in, like a butterfly helplessly lured by the sweet scent of blooming flowers.
