As we get closer to the year-end, the BL/GL world has been slow on uptake. The production houses aren’t rushing to release new shows, given the festive spirit. So, we could actually slow down and enjoy the few available exclusives on the go, as they were revealed!
The Vampire Lestat
Fresh stills released for the upcoming third season of “Interview With the Vampire”. Renamed as “The Vampire Lestat”, the showrunner Rolin Jones revealed that the series has actually expanded Louis’ arc from what’s in Anne Rice’s second novel of the same name, simply because they wanted to give Anderson more to do onscreen. But be careful what you wish for, because Louis’ new story is going to be “very, very heartbreaking.”
Jones also revealed what fans can expect from not only Louis’ expanded arc, but also Lestat’s turn in the spotlight and the introduction of his mother, Gabriella (Jennifer Ehle).
