After watching the trailer for “Crazy Love, Moo-Moo!”, I was expecting lighthearted banter between the main leads, Boss Chaikamon & Noeul Nuttarat. This was my first time watching a show where Boss’s character relentlessly pursues Noeul’s. The flavorful romance gets eclipsed by the humorous tones at times. But when we have three hardheaded lover boys in the family, life is often colorful and quite chaotic. The motley group of siblings keeps you entertained, their far fetched attempts to win their love interest’s heart often result in hilarious situations. While Boss switches to a less domineering yet comic flair, Noeul matches his tempo as the “Damsel in Distress.” The hysteria is real, and you can’t help but feel for the men being pursued by the Tong siblings!!

Storyline & Chemistry-

Fu Tong (Boss Chaikamon), the eldest son of a Chinese-Thai family in Kanchanaburi, is hopelessly in love with his younger brother, Tai’s (Turbo Chanokchon) best friend, Moo (Noeul Nuttarat). Moo had feelings for Fu when they studied in the same school. But because of Fu’s underhanded statements in the past, he grew to hate him. There is abundant chemistry between them, but Moo chooses to ignore it, simply because he doesn’t want to date fair-skinned Chinese guys anymore. As Fu repeatedly follows him around, Moo relentlessly rejects him; until one day, Fu learns about his past mistakes and apologizes profusely. They reconcile & start dating. Fu’s second younger brother, Tai meets Yu (Noh Phouluang) who works as a barista in the daytime and as a bartender at night. Yu is instantly attracted to Tai, who remains oblivious to his affections. Fu’s youngest brother, Tee (Poom Wachirapanya) is an absolute menace but Fu dotes on him. Tee is quite popular at school and when the new transfer Jaeb (Effect Narawit) joins their class, he becomes Tee’s new target. While targeting him on a daily basis, Tee ends up falling for his “Little Chicken” instead, who doesn’t want to do anything with this nuisance.

Final Impressions

Except for Tai, there is no same person in the Tong family!!

Tee is a swindler, who constantly tricks Fu into giving him money. No one knows why a school teenager needs so much money. After settling into a solemn romance, both Fu & Moo face situations where their jealous side is tested. Tai remains ignorant of Yu’s affections until the finale episode. Tee confesses to Jaeb, who chooses to run away from the monster in his life. The show ends with “To Be Continued” connotations, which means we can look forward to Season Two!!
