The Boys’ Love & Girls’ Love industry are fast growing into economic phenomena, considering their reach and global outburst. The only difference between the rest of the Asian subcontinent and Thailand, is the recurring concept of BL/GL pairings. While the rest of the countries don’t focus on continuing the same pairings, Thailand’s soft power is quickly becoming taciturn because of their investments in long-standing couplings. The level of spice this week was off the charts. The number of shows I had to pause and truly consider how to write my reaction was almost comical. “Aichaku” Movie Review
The title of this movie is aptly named. Aichaku literally means in Japanese ‘attachment’. But an attachment to an object that is more like a feeling of affinity- what the object means. It takes on an emotional attachment. And this movie is certainly that. It is a movie filled with a lot of emotional bonds.
