We have a new influx of exciting news updates from the BL/GL world, toe curling and audacious. The Japanese market seem to be flooded, with new shows dropping right & left, we barely have time to catch up with the ongoing drama. Competition is rift and despite that, the fans are winning!
There’s something magical about Cherry Magic! Thirty Years of Virginity Can Make You a Wizard?! (30-sai made Doutei dato Mahoutsukai ni Nareru Rashii, 30歳まで童貞だと魔法使いになれるらしい). I first fell in love with the live-action series starring Eiji Akaso and Keita Machida as the adorable Adachi and handsome Kurosawa when it was first released for international viewing on the streaming platform Crunchyroll (though you can order the Blu-ray wherever Japanese music and movies are sold, including CDJAPAN). It was such an adorable and innocently sweet story that I couldn’t help but fall in love with it.
