BL Week in Review
The best part of the Thai BL live-action series year is upon us, and that is the lineups for next year. So far, we know that WeTV’s lineup will be on November 4. Rumor has it that GMMTV’s lineup will be sometime during October. I swear that those moments make it feel like Christmas for a BL lover like me.
BL Mini-Bytes
We had a relatively quieter week, with fewer announcements. This doesn’t happen often, maybe it could be attributed to the fact that the weekends have an assortment of intriguing dramas, playing catchup is getting difficult!
“The Journey to Killing You” First Impressions (Ep.1 & 2)
Family and betrayal often walk hand in hand, but rarely is that tension as cutting as it is in The Journey to Killing You. Adapted from Asai Sai’s manga Anata wo Korosu Tabi, this Japanese BL drama pulls us deep into the world of the yakuza where loyalty, honor, and survival collide.

“Stay By My Side After the Rain” Series Review (Ep.3 to 12)
We often make love more complicated than love actually is. Love is more than an emotion, it’s a deep look at ourselves.

BL Mini-Bytes
We had a rather peaceful week with fewer updates dropping by from each quarter. The number of shows has also panned out with lesser releases last weekend. Let’s enjoy the peace until it exists before the downpour ensues!
