TV Thunder× Mono Original in Collaboration Presents “The Fridge”

Last night at a mega event held to announce their upcoming projects, Mono Originals revealed that they will be adapting popular Thai author Phakhinai’s best-seller “The Fridge”. Starring Ken Phupoom and Bright Rapheephong in lead roles, this show is a suspense thriller interspersed with the time travel element. Alongside, Linn Mashannoad will be starring in a supporting role.

Me Mind Y’s “Love Sea The Series” Shares Photo Stills From Fitting

Me Mind Y reveals the first fitting photos for their upcoming series “Love Sea The Series”. Adapted from the novel “Love Sea” (ต้องรักมหาสมุทร) by MAME, the drama stars Fort Thitipong and Peat Wasuthorn in the lead roles of Tongrak and Mahasamut. Fort and Peat became immensely popular after starring as the main leads in the “Love in the Air” anthology. The show also features a GL pairing, Chanya Amarit & Aya Orapan in the roles of Vivi and Khaimuk. Aya Orapan recently starred as a GL couple with Kate Sasisarun in “Wedding Plan The Series” and their chemistry was much appreciated. The supporting cast also includes Forth Kashane as Palm & Ivy Phattaree as Prin.

“Ossan’s Love Returns”: Striking Characters Posters , Teaser Release, First Look Stills

Popular Japanese BL “Ossan’s Love” is set to return to the silver screens with a new sequel; Kento Hayashi, Kei Tanaka, and Kotaro Yosida will be reprising their character roles of Ryota Maki, Soichi Haruta, and Musashi Kurosawa. Promotions are in full swing with the official accounts releasing individual character profiles alongside an intriguing teaser video which portrays the varied dynamics between our main leads. The show has ensemble casting which involves Iura Arata, Miura Shohei, Uchida Rio, Kaneko Daichi, Ito Shuko, Kojima Kazuya, Mashima Hidekazu and Ohtsuka Nene in supporting roles.

“Time The Series” Premieres in January, 2024

It has been eleven months since the official pilot for this fantasy themed BL “Time The Series” was released. A collaboration project between GYB Entertainment and M Flow Entertainment, the show stars Jiramite Ju and Kunatip Trakarnjun in the lead roles of Foam and Chris. After months of speculation, M Flow Entertainment and WeTV have unveiled the official poster for the show, alongside announcing its premiere date as 9th January 2024. The drama will be broadcast on CH3HD and UNCUT version will be available on WeTV. Supporting cast involves Jessica Sompong, Jam Peerapat, Kory Teerasak, Tutton Cherdchumalaikit and Karan Thongphan.

“Cooking Crush” First Impressions (Ep.1 & 2)

I have been watching BL series from the time OffGun were almost officially considered BL royalty. Times have changed, there are more and more ‘official’ ships, where actors promote as a ship and pair together for multiple projects. What was once a novelty is now increasingly common. Which is why, rather than the reliance on a pairing alone, there needs to be more focus on the show itself to keep viewers engaged.

Weekly BL Updates

Recently in the BL world we said goodbye to powerhouse titles like ‘Shadow’ and ‘I Feel You Linger In the Air ’, but exciting new series like ‘The Sign’ and ‘Pitbabe’ are having their turn at taking over the pop culture zeitgeist. Shows like ‘The Whisperer’ and ‘One Room Angel’ are testing our imaginations, while ‘Middlemans Love’ tested how far we can go without cringing. Spinoffs like ‘Our Story’ expanded beloved franchises in refreshing ways, while ‘What Did You Eat Yesterday S2’ has defied the season slump. It’s content like this that keeps us glued to our screens and we are here to keep you updated on all of it.
