Occasionally, when you are watching something, you just get a sense that you are going to be affected by it. And in this rather short series (just about 2 hours long total), you get a feeling you are going to smile and be delighted when it concludes. And that is exactly what this beautiful mini-BL series does to you. It is so entertaining and so well crafted, you might feel that if you had not watched this, you would have sensed something was missing from your life. It is that good. The whole story unfolds so beautifully with the perfect cast that you begin to feel immersed in the presentation itself.

This last week saw the end of four series, and another is ending tomorrow. The good news is that Fridays are now down to four series since three of them finished this week. That’ll make life less stressful, at least for me.
“ThamePo” ended on Friday, but I have to put it at the top as another series recommendation. I know, I know. I’ve done a few series recommendations recently, but this one was excellent, and the ending was satisfying. It’s totally worth checking out, especially if you’re in the mood for slow-burn with a touch of idol culture, found family, and friendship all sprinkled with an excellent soundtrack.
This week, we got the best surprise. “Jack and Joker special episode” aired, and I must say that it was an excellent movie-length episode filled with action and angst. Word to the wise, watch beyond the end credits. You won’t regret it.
The momentum for change was surprising unfazed in 2024, we are not only talking about good dramas, but actors who left behind an impressive legacy. Starting from newbies starting their journey as main leads, to veteran actors tipping their toes in the BL world, the industry saw some great caliber. This indicates that the genre is in good hands and going forward, we can only anticipate exceptional performances!
This week, two major Thai platforms dropped previews for their upcoming series and I am super excited for some of them.
2024 was surprisingly a good year, for talents old and new. While some veteran actors made exciting comeback, rookie actors also managed to evoke intrigue. While most shows hinge on the chemistry between the lead pairing, there were few that actually managed to capitalize on their actor’s talents. Today, we will talking about such exemplary who have made their mark in the hearts of ardent fans & continue doing so!

“The Heart Killers” aired on Wednesday’s for the last twelve weeks and made every hump day a little more bearable for me. I truly fell in love with the characters. Style stole the show with his shenanigans and reckless persona. Also, at least two people quoted his line when I asked everyone for their favorite parts of the series. “Gorgeous man with clear skin found dead in a crop top.”
