We don’t always understand the needs hidden in our hearts until life corners us into facing what we’ve spent years avoiding. Such is the case for Cat for Cash, a Thai BL that looks fluffy on the surface but then sneaks up on you with grief, healing, and the strange comfort of being chosen by a group of cats who expect nothing but honesty.

BL Mini-Bytes
Another slow week with fewer updates. It seems like the BL industry is taking a slower pace, allowing breathing space for newer releases!
“Love You Teacher” First Impressions (Ep.1 & 2)
Love has an interesting way of teaching us things we don’t expect about ourselves, especially in the moments when asking for help can mean the difference between giving up or holding on.

BL Mini-Bytes
The slow burn was obvious last week, with fewer updates, as more shows reached their finale episodes. With fresh shows making their premiere dates known, we might be seeing a slight decline in updates or exclusives!
The Japanese- Thai World of Remakes
The Boys’ Love world might be undergoing a transformation, but there are some classics that remain forever. Their popularity transcends boundaries and as such, these days, we get to see a consistent production of remakes. Remakes mostly attempt to clock the beauty of the original masterpiece while infusing their own flavors!
“Let Me In Your Heart” Series Review (Ep.1 to 10)
Here again is another BL that I desperately wanted to like. And oh, did it have some fine moments in it. Perhaps it might STILL not be registering, without hard proof, of course (because it is difficult to obtain accurate numbers), that the majority of the BL audience may not be Thai or, at the very least, might be very evenly distributed. The anthology includes a total of seven stories out of which three are queer romances. We awaited the end of the last story to conclude this series!

BL Mini-Bytes
We had a surreptitious release of updates in the past week. The BL/GL world seems to be evolving into substantial thoroughly, and we couldn’t be happier to share the news!
“Only Friends: Dream On” First Impressions (Ep.1 & 2)
There is nothing messier than feelings, especially when it comes to romance, jealousy, and human desires. And nothing takes messy feelings and molds it into a chaotic whirlwind of desire quite like GMMTV’s Only Friends: Dream On, the sequel to its equally messy predecessor Only Friends.

BL Mini-Bytes
The unprecedented flow of updates seems to be dying down, with a fewer exclusives making it to the social media last week. Let’s see, how long this quiet continues!!
