The announcements this week have been keeping us on our toes. Honestly, we are surprised but GMMTV seems to be on spree to make our weekends binge worthy. We have not one but three shows airing next month on weekends and the exclusives keep piling!

Love Bully

What to do when people’s comments hurt you, And destroy the love between two people.

If you are an Englot loyalist and have been awaiting news about their next project, fret no more. Starring Engfa Waraha & Charlotte Austin in the lead roles, CHANGE 2561’s “Club Friday The Series” anthology ” LoveBully” is set to premiere on 7th June via Viu Thailand. Directed by Golf Tanwarin, this is Englot’s second project together after last year’s “Show Me Love”. They will also be starring in the TV Thunder adaptation “Petrichor” later this year.

Pluto Series

We have fresh stills from the workshop for upcoming GMMTV sapphic romance “Pluto Series” starring Namtan Tipnaree Weerawatnodom and Film Rachanun Mahawan in the lead roles alongside Kapook Ploynira Hiruntaveesin and Ciize Rutricha Phapakithi as the supporting couple. The show is adapted from “Pluto: นิทาน ดวงดาว ความรัก” by Chao Planoy (เจ้าปลาน้อย) who is also popular for other works like “Gap The Series” and the currently on-air “My Marvellous Dream Is You”.

My Love Mix Up Thai

With GMMTV’s first sapphic romance “23.5” finishing its run tonight, the timeslot will be taken over by “My Love Mix Up TH”, starting 7th June. Based on Hinekure Wataru’s manga “Kieta Hatsukoi”, the show stars Fourth Nattawat & Gemini Norawit who will be reprising the roles portrayed by their Japanese counterparts, Michieda Shunsuke & Meguro Ren. Alongside, Chokun Puttipong & Pahn Pathitta will be reprising the supporting roles portrayed by Suzuki Jin & Fukumoto Riko in the Japanese adaptation.

Synopsis-

Timid and clumsy Atom has a crush on Matmee, the girl who sits next to him in class. He despairs when he borrows her eraser and sees she’s written the name of another boy—Kongthap—on it. To make matters worse, Kongthap sees his name on the eraser that Atom’s holding and thinks Atom has a crush on him!

Addicted Heroin

The recent success of the Chinese adaptation “Stay with Me” has opened doors for new interpretations of the homoerotic original which broke barriers in 2016 and was promptly banned by the Chinese government, citing censorship. Adapted from the novel “Are You Addicted?” (你丫上瘾了) by Chai Ji Dan (柴鸡蛋), the show stars August Vachiravit & Mac Nattapat in the lead roles. They will be stepping into the roles previously portrayed by Timmy Xu-Johnny Huang (Addicted) & Xu Bin-Zhang Jiong Min (Stay With Me). Joining them on this encore are Jur Vasin & Newyear Nawaphat who will be playing the supporting roles previously portrayed by Chen Wen-Lin Feng Song (Addicted) & Wu Cheng Ze-Xiao Huan (Stay With Me).

Allure of the Siren

Upcoming Thai-US collaboration “Allure Of The Siren The Series” releases fresh stills from its pilot trailer. Based on C.L. Ramos’ novel of the same name and will be directed by Ark Saroj, the show stars Sun Tinakorn and Fluk Puttipong in lead roles.

Am I Ok

Co-directors Tig Notaro and Stephanie Allynne’s upcoming dramedy “Am I Ok” is set to stream on Max, starting 6th June after premiering at the Sundance Film Festival in 2022. Starring Dakota Johnson as Lucy in the lead role, the show is a coming-of-age romcom centered on self-discovery. Sonoya Mizuno will be playing the role of Jane, Lucy’s best friend who helps her navigate through the confusion of entering into a new world. Rounding up the cast are Jermaine Fowler, Kiersey Clemons, Molly Gordon, June Diane Raphael and Notaro round out the cast.

Synopsis-

When Lucy realizes that she’s never been attracted to men, her lifelong friend Jane helps her navigate coming out in her 30s.

Unexpectedly Naughty Fukami

AnimeFesta announced their upcoming adaptation “Unexpectedly Naughty Fukami” by releasing a teaser video. Adapted from the manga “Yatara Yarashii Fukami-kun” by Matsumoto Ayaka, information regarding broadcast date and cast will be made available soon. In cue of this announcement, author Matsumoto Ayaka, released a new illustration to celebrate this news.

Synopsis-

Kaji’s well-liked, but he sercretly rates everyone and looks down on them. On a business trip with Fukami, Kaji gives him a flat 0. However, after a bath, Fukami transforms into a completely different person! Thus begins the obstinate relationship of a playboy narcissist and a deceivingly frumpily dressed, hot bodied otaku!
