Office Romances That Are A Must-Watch

Forbidden romances are always favored and what place could be better than the office corridor? Especially when you are competing for performance review or there is a distinct “No Dating Policy” in your office. Office romances are always revered because of the unmistakable spiked tension that blooms in a strict office environment. The excitement of getting caught adds to this addictive flair, doesn’t it??

Fake Fact Lips

One of the best office romances in recent years, “Fake Fact Lips” stars Hori Kaito opposite Sato Yusuke as main leads. Ryo and Zen have been rivals since high school, competing over everything & anything. Years later, they reunite after joining the same company and their theatrics continue. Reigniting their old rivalry, Ryo & Zen start competing over their performance review. One night, after another loss, Zen ends up drinking with Ryo, and their conversation turns to their lack of romantic experience. What starts as playful teasing soon escalates into yet another ridiculous competition. Their stubborn pride refuses to let either of them back down, leading to an unexpected new bet: whoever makes the other fall in love first wins. As they compete against each other, Ryo’s hidden unrequited love for Zen resurfaces as Zen slowly starts falling for Ryo too. Kaito & Yusuke have a beautiful chemistry indeed; the pairing is a hit!!

Cherry Magic Thai

Remakes are always difficult to conceive, especially when you are adapting a timeless classic like “Cherry Magic.” Already made popular by their Japanese predecessors, Thai actors Tay Tawan & New Thitipoom had huge shoes to fill in. Achi is an ordinary employee at a stationary company. He’s still single & also a virgin. When he turns thirty, however, he’s shocked to find he’s developed the power to read people’s minds when making physical contact. Things get complicated when Achi accidentally reads the mind of Karan, his most handsome, perfect colleague. Karan is quite popular amongst his office colleagues for being the utter perfectionist. Unbeknownst to him, Karan had quietly stayed by his side, offering help whenever possible. As Achi reads Karan’s thoughts, he is intrigued with his superior, who seems besotted with him. We don’t need to comment on Tay & New’s chemistry, they are one of the best paired couples in the Thai BL industry!!

Business As Usual

Office romances become spicy when your long-lost ex-boyfriend returns suddenly. Kim Min Jun (Chae Jong Hyeok), a 30-year-old office worker, is stuck in the repetitive cycle of his 9-to-5 job and can’t shake the feeling that something is missing from his life. As he grows older, he keeps questioning his life choices while regretting that he has accomplished nothing. Things take an unexpected turn when his ex-boyfriend Jin Hwan (Seong Seung Ha), whom he hasn’t seen in 8 years, suddenly reappears at his office as a new colleague. Jin Hwan is even more handsome and Min Jun keeps losing his composure whenever he gets close to Min Jun. But Min Jun is unable to forget the betrayal which caused their breakup years ago. He wants nothing to do with Jin Hwan, who won’t leave him alone. As they circle around each other, an old passion is reignited as they slowly start to clear their old misunderstandings. Seong Seung Ha & Chae Jong Hyeok have a natural chemistry which drives the narrative forward!!

A Boss and a Babe

ForceBook’s best trait is their impeccable comic timing. “A Boss and a Babe” treats us to this delicate chemistry in a humorous manner. Cher (Book Kasidet) is a gamer who wants to make it big in the e-sports’ industry. During his senior year of university, he gets an internship with a crumbling gaming company. There, he attracts the attention of his boss, Gun (Force Jiratchapong) who has him do some pretty weird errands, confusing Cher about his true intentions. Cher has an ASMR channel and unbeknownst to him, it’s those videos that coax Gun to sleep every night. When Gun meets Cher for the first time, he instantly recognizes his voice and thus begins their journey of falling in love. This show is the kind of romantic comedy that keeps you thoroughly entertained. ForceBook’s chemistry is just the icing on the cake!!

Enemies with Benefits

Our very own sapphic romance with an official twist, “Enemies with Benefits” stars the fresh pairing of Jan Ployshompoo & JingJing Prariyapit in lead roles. Head of Sales Lal is determined to triumph over Head of Accounting Wine. They often get into arguments inside the conference room, with Wine always having the final word. While Lal is sweet spoken and amicable, Wine is her polar opposite and is known for her mercilessness. When a night of spontaneity leads them to a friends with benefits relationship, they’ll do anything to keep it a secret, pretending to be enemies so that absolutely no one at work finds out. As Lal begins to develop feelings, Wine seems hesitant because of her painful past. Lal remains patient and pursues Wine, until she wins Wine’s heart & trust. Jan & JingJing have an endearing chemistry, their comfort levels are visible in their NC scenes, no one can say that they are freshly paired!!
