This series can best be described by a quote from Charles Dickens, “A Tale of Two Cities” – “It was the best of times, it was the worst of times.” It had an exceptional storyline only to slip into banality and nonsensical story arcs. Here is yet again another Thai series that simply had no idea what a great diegesis it actually had. If only they had followed through with their main title.

June is the month of Pride, people flocking the streets, expressing their love and support for the LGBTQ community. So, how could the BL world be left behind? We have some flavorful romances in stock that are literally riveting audiences. Since we are in BL heaven, I’m desperate to share my current favorites.
I was lucky that this week I had a five-day holiday because there were five premieres. If I had to rank them by level of enjoyment, it would be as follows:

We had some early bird surprises this week, with exciting announcements, pouring in from all quarters. GMMTV is quickly working through the remaining releases from its last year’s lineup while speeding up the process for the premiere of this year’s shows. We had an immensely slow week dragging by, without much relevant announcements. It might be because last weekend was lit with the premiere of “Pit Babe The Series Season Two” & “The Next Prince Series”- two of the most anticipated releases this year. Do comment and let us know how the pilot episodes fared? Were they on par with your expectations? We are excited to hear expert opinion!
We are midway through January, there are fewer new updates but the momentum isn’t dropping. The GL industry is slowly turning on the top gear, trying to be on par with their BL counterpart. No matter the territorial differences, the BL/GL industry is on a flare, and we are enjoying the outcome!
It was an exhausting week with updates dropping at every corner, we had a hard time keeping record of all the excitement that is in store for the upcoming months. With rumors surrounding the upcoming GMMTV lineup, the last few months of 2024 are going to be pretty hectic.
