What starts as a strong premise ends abysmally!!

Out of all Ch3 Thailand’s GL series released so far, personally I liked this one far better. The inconsistency in the script is quite noticeable. The storytelling isn’t flawless, but still the actors manage to save this windfall. The star of this series is obviously the baby playing the role of Donut. His charm always turns the script around whenever you feel bored, and he manages to get your attention in every frame. He even saves the day for mommy Ing by bringing her closer to her future father-in-law, who doesn’t accept her easily. The story builds on the budding romance between two protagonists, who are as different as they can.

The Storyline & Chemistry-

The story focuses on Ing (Yada Narilya) who is a single mother, having divorced her abusive husband. Despite having a permanent job as an amusement park manager, she works all kinds of jobs to sustain herself and her son, Donut. She lives with her younger brother, Itt, who takes care of Donut whenever Ing is working outside. While working at a birthday party, Ing is saved by Lilin (Tan Duangkaew), a sharp, no-nonsense heiress who is trying to acquire her amusement park. Ing initially tries everything to dissuade Lilin from acquiring the park. Later, as they get better acquainted and Lalin shares her problems at work, Ing decides to help her. Their relationship is opposed by Lalin’s father, Kiat Thirakiat (Jab Penpetch). Ing and Lalin work together to prove that their relationship will never dissuade Lalin from achieving her goals. Tan & Yada have a natural chemistry, but the disparity in their acting talents is visibly obvious.

Final Impressions

Lalin & Ing’s relationship is fraught with misunderstandings & stressful situations, but their love prevails!!

Lalin’s father & Ing’s abusive ex-husband try to tear them apart. Lalin misunderstands Ing and they even end up on the verge of a breakup. But Ing’s sincerity and honesty save the day. As compared to the previous Ch3 Thailand’s GL series, this show really had some serious character development. Also, the execution is better and you don’t get bored of the main leads.
