“The Heart Killers” aired on Wednesday’s for the last twelve weeks and made every hump day a little more bearable for me. I truly fell in love with the characters. Style stole the show with his shenanigans and reckless persona. Also, at least two people quoted his line when I asked everyone for their favorite parts of the series. “Gorgeous man with clear skin found dead in a crop top.”

There were quite a few decent releases in the month of January. The year started on a good note, and we wanted to share the goodies, with those who aren’t watching any of these interesting shows. They may not live up to everyone’s taste buds or choices, but they sure are riveting; in terms of casting or variant storytelling!

BL Week in Review
The level of spice in BL this week was off the charts. Almost every episode had a heart-melting kissing scene. With that in mind, I tried to narrow it down to my top three favorites. Let me tell you, it wasn’t easy. There were so many beautiful moments this week! Still, I managed to do it.

Some of them are unlikely choices, so you can pretend to be surprised. In short, 2024 was eventful and it was all thanks to these phenomenal pairings!
“Winter is not the Death of Summer but the Birth of Spring” Series Review (Ep.1 to 5)
The title of this series alone had me hooked since it is so esoteric. This whole series is unique in that despite its dark surroundings, it is still a human connection that binds two people together and that might be the requisite for survival in their world. Perhaps without that, the days and nights become a crestfallen abyss. If that connection is a form of love, then let it be named so. All I know is that this throw-away series is an exceptional and phenomenal series that says more with less.
“The Paradise of Thorns” Movie Review
